Curfew

 

Chapter 101

 

101-3.    Hours established; exception.

It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 18 years to be on any public street or in any public place between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am from July 1 through August 31 of any year and from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am from September 1 to June 30 of any year unless accompanied by the juvenile's parent or guardian or unless engaged in or traveling to or from a business or occupation which the laws of this state authorize a juvenile to perform.  It shall be unlawful, pursuant to this Curfew Chapter, for any parent or guardian to allow an unaccompanied juvenile to be on any such public street or in any such public place during said hours.
